Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sibylle Töller, Mehltal 13, 37130 Gleichen, Germany, toellerine@aol.com, phone: 015175081320) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

​What happens when you revoke

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services commence during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

The following applies to a contract for the provision of services that does not oblige you to pay a price: The right of rescission also expires (prematurely) if we have provided the service in full.

The following applies to a contract for the provision of services that obliges you to pay a price: The right of rescission also expires (prematurely) when the service has been provided in full if you have expressly agreed before the start of the provision that we will begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you are aware that your right of rescission will expire when we have fully performed the contract.
